Saturday, September 25
Led by Nancy Carlisle and Curt DiCamillo
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $50; registration includes in-person tour and lunch

Join American Ancestors’ Curt DiCamillo on a special visit to Historic New England’s sublime Eustis Estate in Milton, Massachusetts. Designed in 1878 by the renowned Boston architect William Ralph Emerson (brother of the poet Ralph Waldo Emerson), the house sits on eighty acres of picturesque landscape at the base of the Blue Hills. Our visit will include a private tour of the estate to learn about the art, architecture, and history of the family who built the house and made their home here, as well as time to explore the grounds on your own. Nancy Carlisle, Senior Curator of Collections at Historic New England, will be our guide as we view the special exhibition she co-curated, Artful Stories: Paintings from Historic New England, which explores New England’s unique art, architecture, and landscapes. A box lunch will be provided.
